                                                              Limited Warranty on Fiberglass Repairs

Effective July 1, 2026, Sansoon Yacht Services Ltd. is pleased to introduce a formal job warranty program on our fiberglass repair services, instituted in direct response to customer feedback and our commitment to excellence.

Pursuant to the signed agreement executed by both parties, Sansoon Yacht Services Ltd. provides a limited warranty on all fiberglass repair services performed aboard the vessel identified in the contract. This warranty remains in effect for the duration expressly stipulated in the agreement, commencing on the date of final inspection and project completion.

Scope of Coverage

During the specified warranty period, Sansoon Yacht Services Ltd. shall rectify, at its sole expense, any verified failure directly attributable to our materials or workmanship. All remedial labor and materials required to correct such defects shall be provided to the vessel owner free of charge.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

Natural Elements: Deterioration resulting from ordinary wear and tear, UV degradation, or osmotic blistering.

Accidents & Force Majeure: Damage arising from collisions, groundings, fire, lightning, or other acts of God.

Misuse: Damage caused by operator error, neglect, or improper vessel maintenance.

Consequential Damages: Any secondary or consequential damage to non-repaired systems, structures, or components.
